What students learn during Internship is the ability to generate
ideas-capture and utilize them. Here they learn to try and fail
rather than not trying at all. This needs and open culture where
mistakes are made for the first time are not a reason to beat
someone with a stick. Mistakes, in fact, motivate to improve the
working system.

The interns, after their six-week sojourn in the industry, are
required to submit the final report. This will enable them to
present a concise but effective report with proper documentary
evidences and material collections.
The students learn to communicate effectively and also learn the
techniques to prepare a project report. Communication skills provide
value addition to the students of design. The department in the
institute also evaluates the internship reports of the students.
Internship, which provides a feed back both to the individuals
and the institution, seems to fulfill the expectations of the
design technological institutions as well as the industrial concern
and is given a practical dimension to management education.
