Apart from imparting theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the training methodology is structured to develop one's ability in diverse fields. From right approach and team work to communication and inter personal skills.
The programs are a balance of theory and practical sessions and are designed to give ample hands-on experience. Special tutorials are held from time to time by the experts of their fields. As a part of the curriculum, students are expected to present seminars and work on projects, which give them experience on critical issues of concern.

To gauge the progress of the students, different tests are conducted for both theoretical and practical sessions during the course. The students are also constantly assessed on their performance in the class.
