Overview |
What students learn during Internship is the ability to generate ideas - they capture and utilize them. Here they learn to try and fail rather than not trying at all. This needs an open culture where mistakes are made for the first time are not a reason to beat someone with a stick. Mistakes, in fact, motivate to improve the working system. |
